Seraphine is a British label, so every garment is cut and labelled in UK sizes. A UK 10 is a US 6.
Order the size you wore before pregnancy. Seraphine drafts extra room into the bump, so you do not need to size up. If you are between sizes, or you are carrying into the third trimester with a fuller bust, take the larger one.

How to measure
Measure over your underwear with the tape flat and level. Bust and hip are the two that matter — waist measurements are not useful once a bump starts, which is why Seraphine leaves them off.
Bust — around the fullest part of your chest, with the tape passing under your arms and level across your back.
Hip — around the fullest part of your hips and seat, roughly 8 inches below your natural waist, under the bump rather than over it.

Wraps, loungewear and a few knits come in a combined size, cut generously to span more than one size: XS/S is UK 6–10 (US 2–6), M/L is UK 10–16 (US 6–12), XL/XXL is UK 16–20 (US 12–16), and One Size is UK 6–16 (US 2–12).
Length and fit variants
Some styles come in a second length or a wider cut. The body sizing is unchanged — only the proportions differ.
Regular — the standard cut, with a 31½ inch (80 cm) inseam on jeans and trousers. Drafted for around 5'4" to 5'7".
Long — same body size, with the inseam extended to roughly 33 inches. Best if you are 5'8" or taller.
Petite — same body size, shortened through the leg, rise and torso for heights under 5'4". Take your usual number; a UK 10 Petite fits the same bust and hip as a UK 10.
W sizes — US plus sizing, picking up above UK 20 / US 16. Cut wider through the bust, waist and hip rather than simply scaled up. If you normally wear a US 18W, order 18W.
Style notes
Jeans and leggings — over-bump styles have a soft panel that sits above the bump; under-bump styles sit low on the hips. Both use your pre-pregnancy size. Between sizes, take the larger.
Coats and outerwear — cut with room for a bump and for layering underneath, so there is no need to size up for winter. Babywearing styles include a panel that zips in over a carrier.
Nursing styles — these run slightly closer through the bust so the feeding opening sits correctly. If your bust has grown more than a cup size, take the next size up.
Occasion and bridal — fitted through the bodice and less forgiving than everyday pieces. Order to your bust measurement and allow time for alterations.
Numbered and letter size measurements follow Seraphine's own published size guide. Guidance for Petite, Long and W sizes reflects how these cuts are drafted generally rather than a published Seraphine measurement, so treat those as a starting point. Measurements describe the body the garment is made to fit, not the finished garment.
